Thank you for visiting b-low.com.au. These terms govern your use of our website and your B-LOW membership. B-LOW is operated by B-low Wellness (“B-LOW”, “we”, “us”). By using our site or becoming a member you agree to follow and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using this site.

Health and Medical Disclaimer

The recipes, meal plans, carb counts and other content on B-LOW are general information only. They are not medical, dietary or nutritional advice and do not replace advice from your doctor or another qualified health professional.

Please talk to your doctor before starting a low-carb diet or changing the way you eat, especially if you have diabetes or another medical condition, take medication (such as insulin or blood pressure medication), are pregnant or breastfeeding, have kidney or liver disease, or have a history of disordered eating.

Carb counts are estimates. They are calculated from our ingredient data and can vary with brands, products, portion sizes and preparation, so always check product labels. Recipes may contain allergens: check every ingredient if you have an allergy or intolerance. Results differ from person to person and we do not guarantee any particular weight loss or health outcome.

Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to become a member, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. Please give us accurate details and keep them up to date. Your membership is for you alone: keep your password secret and do not share your login with anyone else. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone else has used it, change your password and let us know straight away.

Free Trial

Some memberships start with a free trial. The length of the trial and the price that applies afterwards are shown when you sign up. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your paid membership starts automatically at the end of the trial and you will be charged the price shown at sign-up. Free trials are limited to one per person.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a B-LOW subscription, you agree to pay the price stated at the time of your order. You also agree to the billing frequency specified at the time of your order. Any discount eligibility is determined at the time of order. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and we will charge the payment method you gave us, until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. If a payment fails, we may pause your access until it is paid.

B-LOW reserves the right to change the prices and fees at any time. We will provide you with 14 days’ notice if the regular rate of a subscription changes from what was stated at the time of your order. Price changes will take effect from your next billing date after the notice period. If you do not wish to continue your subscription at the revised price, you may cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your subscription, email us at info@b-low.com.au or get in touch.

When you cancel, you cancel only future charges associated with your subscription. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time, but the cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have the same access and benefits until the end of your current billing period. Except where the law requires otherwise (see “Australian Consumer Law” below), no refunds will be offered for the days remaining on your subscription.

Using Our Content

This website is owned and operated by B-LOW. All design and content featured on b-low.com.au — including recipes, meal plans, carb counts, images, artwork, graphics, photography, and the like — are copyrights, trademarks, and/or intellectual property that are owned, controlled, or licensed by B-LOW. The content of our website is intended solely for your personal use. Any use of our website and its content for commercial purposes is prohibited without the prior written permission of B-LOW. Do not reproduce, publish, display, modify, sell, or distribute any of the materials from B-LOW without permission. You may, however, download or electronically copy and print any of the page contents displayed on the site, for your personal use only.

You must not copy content in bulk (including by automated means such as scraping), share members-only content publicly, try to get around our security or access other members’ accounts, or use our website in any way that is unlawful or that could damage it or interfere with other people’s use of it.

Inaccuracies

We endeavour to present the most recent, accurate, and reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured on b-low.com.au may contain errors. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologise if erroneous information in any way affects you. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update information at any time without prior notice.

Changes to Our Services

We are always improving B-LOW, so recipes, features and content may be added, changed or removed over time. We aim to keep the website available at all times but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, for example during maintenance.

Links to Other Websites

Our website may link to other websites, such as social media or product websites. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, B-LOW is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services, or for any loss caused by relying on our content instead of professional advice. Where our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, for example by sharing your login or copying our content. Where appropriate we will contact you first. If we close your account without good reason, we will refund any part of your subscription you have paid for but not used.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a new “last updated” date, and if the changes are significant we will let members know by email before they apply. Continuing to use B-LOW after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
